Tavilo Child Safety Standards
Tavilo - Chat & Meet is a social and chat app published on Google Play by Haohan Future under package name com.cheng.chatzy. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, and any behavior that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers minors.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
- Users may not create, upload, request, store, share, promote, or distribute CSAM or any sexualized content involving minors.
- Users may not contact, groom, coerce, threaten, blackmail, or solicit a minor for sexual purposes.
- Users may not use Tavilo to arrange, facilitate, promote, or normalize child sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.
- Accounts, profiles, messages, images, or other content that violate these standards may be removed, restricted, or reported without prior notice.
2. In-app reporting and user feedback
Tavilo provides in-app ways for users to report safety concerns, abusive behavior, suspicious accounts, inappropriate profiles, harmful messages, or other content that may violate our standards. Users can report issues from relevant app screens such as chats, profiles, posts, and safety/support entry points.
Reports are reviewed so we can remove harmful content, restrict abusive accounts, preserve necessary evidence, and take steps to protect users.
Users may also contact us by email if they cannot use the in-app reporting flow or need to provide additional context.
3. Review, removal, and account action
- When Tavilo obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related conduct, we take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the content.
- We may suspend, ban, or otherwise restrict accounts involved in CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual coercion, harassment, or other serious safety violations.
- We may preserve account, content, device, transaction, and report records when needed for safety review, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and law enforcement requests.
4. Legal compliance and reporting
Tavilo complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. When we identify or receive credible reports of CSAM or child exploitation, we may report the matter to appropriate authorities, hotlines, or law enforcement as required or permitted by law.
5. Cooperation with safety organizations and authorities
We cooperate with valid legal requests and child safety investigations. We may share relevant information with law enforcement, regulators, or child safety organizations when necessary to prevent harm, respond to abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
