These terms explain the rules for using Chatzy, including account access, subscriptions, coins, community safety, and acceptable use.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Chatzy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account safety
- You must be old enough to use social and chat services in your country or region.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device and login access secure.
- You may not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, or use the service for fraud, spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
3. User content and communication
- You are responsible for the messages, profile information, photos, and other content you submit.
- Do not post or send content that is abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, threatening, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
- We may review, restrict, remove, or report content when needed to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
4. Subscriptions, coins, and paid features
- Paid features may include subscriptions, coins, boosts, or other virtual benefits shown in the app.
- Purchases are processed through Apple or the relevant app store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the store's payment rules.
- Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the service unless we explicitly allow it.
5. Service changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Chatzy as the product evolves. We work to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
6. Termination
We may limit or end access to Chatzy if we believe a user has violated these terms, caused risk to others, abused the service, or created legal or security concerns.
