How to request account deletion

1. Open Tavilo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Profile or Settings, then choose Delete Account if the option is available in your app version.
3. If you cannot access the app or do not see this option, email us at chenglong0513@sina.com with the subject "Tavilo Account Deletion Request".
4. Include your Tavilo user ID, registered email address, phone number, or other account identifier so we can verify the account.

Data deleted

• Account profile information, such as nickname, avatar, bio, and account identifiers.
• Tavilo account credentials and login records that are no longer needed to provide the service.
• User-generated content connected to the account, such as messages, photos, and in-app activity, where deletion is technically possible and legally allowed.
• Purchase entitlement records inside Tavilo that are no longer needed after the account is closed.

Data we may retain

• Payment, subscription, refund, tax, and accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years when required for legal, financial, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Safety, fraud-prevention, abuse-report, and security records may be retained for as long as needed to protect users, enforce our terms, or comply with law.
• Backups may keep limited copies for a short period before they are overwritten according to our normal backup cycle.

Processing time

We usually process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification or legal review is required, we will let you know using the contact information provided in your request.
